Broccoli:

  • Oil, Sunflower 30 ml
  • Oil, Sesame 30 ml
  • 80g Red onions (sliced Chinese Style)
  • 1kg Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 10g Sesame seeds (toasted)
  1. Broccoli:

    8 minutes
    • In a wok or pan, heat the sunflower oil and sesame oil, and sauté the onions for 1 – 2 minutes. Add the broccoli, and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with the Knorr Aromat and sesame seeds. Toss for 2 minutes until well-combined
  2. Chef’s Tip:

    • Garlic and ginger can be added for more flavour.
