The Hot Mexican
Spicy Mince with Peppadew and Caramelised Pineapple Pizza
- Preheat oven to 220˚C.
- In a pot, add the oil and sauté the onions until soft and translucent. Add the garlic and beef mince. Allow to cook until mince is browned.
- Add the chilli, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, Robertsons Mixed Herbs and Robertsons Cayenne Pepper (optional) and lastly the Knorr Tomato Pronto. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.
- Top the pizza base with tomato base sauce, mozzarella, spicy beef mince mix, peppadews and pineapple pieces. Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
