Egg Salad and Cheese Rolls
Update a classic egg mayo with zingy onions and tangy cheese.
- Heat oil in pan, cook the onions until browned and season with Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and Knorr Aromat Naturally Tasty. Set aside.
- Mix together the Hellman’s Tangy Mayonnaise, Hellman’s Honey & Mustard Salad Dressing and grated cheddar cheese.
- Assemble each roll with cos lettuce, topped with cheese mixture and fried onions.
- Top with the sliced boiled eggs and serve.
- Ensure that the eggs are not over-cooked (soft = 6 min, hard = 9 min). Cook the eggs in already boiling water.
