  • Oil 15.0 ml
  • Onion (finely diced) 1.4 kg
  • Brown seeded roll 10.0 pc
  • Cos lettuce 100.0 g
  • Cheddar cheese (optional) 120.0 g
  1. Preparation:

    • Heat oil in pan, cook the onions until browned and season with Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and Knorr Aromat . Set aside.
    • Mix together the Hellman’s Tangy Mayonnaise, Hellman’s Honey & Mustard Salad Dressing and grated cheddar cheese.
    • Assemble each roll with cos lettuce, topped with cheese mixture and fried onions.
    • Top with the sliced boiled eggs and serve.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • Ensure that the eggs are not over-cooked (soft = 6 min, hard = 9 min). Cook the eggs in already boiling water.
