Wilted Nutty Kale
- In a pot, heat the butter, and sauté the onions until soft. Then add the kale, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and Knorr Aromat, and mix well.
- Allow the kale to sweat for 3 – 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, then mix in the nuts. Cook for a further 3 minutes and serve.
- The Kale can be substituted with baby spinach. Sunflower seeds can be used instead of nuts.
