  • 400g Onion (chopped)
  • 600g Kale (shredded)
  • 100g Nuts (ground)
  • Butter 90.0 g
  1. Kale:

    • In a pot, heat the butter, and sauté the onions until soft. Then add the kale, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and Knorr Aromat, and mix well.
    • Allow the kale to sweat for 3 – 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, then mix in the nuts. Cook for a further 3 minutes and serve.
  2. Chef’s Tip:

    • The Kale can be substituted with baby spinach. Sunflower seeds can be used instead of nuts.
