  1. Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 220˚C.
    • Sieve together the flour and the salt.
    • Rub in the butter.
    • Cream the yeast and warm water together with the sugar. Add to the flour and mix well to form a dough. Knead on a floured surface to form a smooth ball. Allow to prove until double in size.
    • Knock back and divide dough into 6 – 8 equal size balls and roll into pizza discs. Place on a floured tray and bake in hot oven for 2 – 3 minutes.
