Preparation

  1. Step 1:

    • Pre-heat the oven to 160 °C.
    • Peel and clean the butternut and cut into cubes. Mix together butternut, oil, sugar and Robertson's Veggie Seasoning.
  2. Step 2:

    • Place butternut mix into a roasting dish and cook for 30 min.
  3. Step 3:

    • Remove from the oven and serve.
  4. Hint:

    • Save time by peeling the butternut beforehand or by using pre-cut butternut.
  5. Chef's Tip:

    • Add sweet potato or pumpkin cubes to the mix.
