    • Bring the Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, Knorr Tomato Pronto, cold water and Knorr Professional Brown Onion Soup to the boil and reduce heat to a simmer, always stirring.

    • Add the basil leaves and simmer on a medium heat for 20 min, stirring occasionally, remove from the heat and blend/liquidise until smooth.
  3. Step 3

    • Put the pot of soup back on the stove and add the cream. Remove from the heat, portion, and serve.

    • Add some crumbled feta as a garnish served with slices of fresh bread.
