Broccoli:

  • Broccoli, cut into florets 60 g

Salad:

  1. Broccoli:

    • Blanch or steam the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until bright green and just tender.
    • Run under cool water immediately and drain.
  2. Salad:

    • Add the broccoli, apples, rocket leaves and sunflower seeds into a mixing bowl. Add the dressing.
    • Toss together and allow tochill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
