  • Broccoli, cut into florets 60 g


  • Wholegrain mustard 5 ml
  • Apples (Golden delicious), sliced thin 40 g
  • Rocket leaves (fresh) 8 g
  • Sunflower seeds, roasted 25 g
  • Pepper, red, cut into diamonds 45 g
  • Broccoli, cut into florets 26 g
  1. Broccoli:

    • Blanch or steam the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until bright green and just tender.
    • Run under cool water immediately and drain.
  2. Salad:

    • Add the broccoli, sliced or cubed apples, rocket leaves,cut red pepperand sunflower seeds into a mixing bowl.
    • Add the dressing with whole grain mustard.
    • Toss together and allow to chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
