Preparation

  1. Broccoli:

    • Blanch or steam the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until bright green and just tender.
    • Run under cool water immediately and drain.
  2. Salad:

    • Add the blanched broccoli, sliced or cubed apples, rocket leaves, cut red pepper and toasted sunflower seeds into a mixing bowl. A
    • Mix together the Hellmann's Honey & mustard salad dressing with wholegrain mustard.
    • Toss salad together and allow to chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
