A silky smooth and dreamy dessert which can take on a variety of flavour infusions.
CARTE D'OR Panna Cotta 200.0 g
Milk (pasteurised full cream milk, UHT or low fat milk) 500.0 ml
Cold, fresh cream / dairy cream alternative 500.0 ml
- Bring milk to the boil. Take off the boil, add CARTE D'OR Panna Cotta mix. Whisk until completely dissolved. Add cream / dairy cream alternative and whisk.
- Pour into moulds and place in the refrigerator for minimum of 3 hours to set. Demould, garnish and serve.
